David Bell

David Bell was born and raised in Denver, where he happily resides in a restored mid-century modern home just four blocks from the elementary school he attended as a child. After attending Colorado State University and obtaining his B.A. in business and accounting, David earned his C.P.A. and moved to New York City, where he worked in various finance and marketing roles within iconic companies such as KPMG Peat Marwick, Anne Klein, Donna Karan, Calvin Klein and Vera Wang.

The challenge of an entrepreneurial business is what drew David to work at the New York-based Crunch Fitness — a company that grew from four locations to 26 locations under David’s leadership as CFO. David was also CFO of a smaller chain of health clubs in Toronto prior to moving back to Denver. On a personal level, David always enjoyed real estate; and with his entrepreneurial spirit and in-depth knowledge of finance, negotiating, contracts and marketing, David set out to take his hometown real estate market by storm with his professionalism, his integrity and his care.

Knowing that real estate transactions are some of the largest and most important investments in his client’s life, David never forgets the human side of the transaction and is always available to pitch in with resources. David is happy to work with his sister, Nancy Jones, at milehimodern, who manages David’s client transaction and experience and his brother-in-law, Jeff Jones, who now all comprise the davidbell group.
