Since joining milehimodern at inception, she has helped scale the company by building systems that support its agents, strengthening internal operations, and creating programs that contribute to long term success.
Working alongside the ownership team, Nickki plays an integral role in shaping the company’s future. She oversees agent recruiting and onboarding, guides professional development initiatives, and helps drive the operational strategy that supports a growing brokerage. Her passion is creating an environment where agents and staff feel supported, challenged, and inspired to do their best work.
A licensed Colorado real estate broker since 2014, Nickki brings both an entrepreneurial mindset and firsthand industry experience to her leadership. Her background in real estate sales and leadership allows her to bridge big picture strategy with day to day execution, ensuring every initiative ultimately improves the experience for the brokerage’s agents and clients.
