Moving to Denver to attend the University of Denver was the best decision Kelley ever made. Kelley graduated with a double major in Real Estate and Marketing, as she has always envisioned herself working in the housing industry. However, upon graduating, she spent four years running a youth lacrosse club for K-8th grade boys and girls. In this director role, she honed her organization and communication skills—expertise that have transferred to her successful real estate career.
Kelley takes pride in treating clients like family and making new connections in her vast network. With a love for people and a lifelong love for real estate, Kelley helps others fall in love with Denver and works tirelessly to help clients find a home—no matter the scenario, size or price. The Kelley Sudderth Group brings together longtime friends Kelley Sudderth and Kelsey Roberts, whose paths first crossed in 2014 and came full circle nearly a decade later when their children began attending the same school. After three years as a stay-at-home mom, Kelsey returned to work and found a natural next chapter in real estate, reconnecting with the relationship-building skills she developed throughout her career as a hairstylist. When Kelsey and her family bought and sold with Kelley in 2025, the foundation for their partnership was already in place. Today, the duo combines Kelley’s experience and industry knowledge with Kelsey’s fresh perspective, enthusiasm and people-first approach. United by similar communication styles and a shared love of building meaningful relationships, they bring a natural sense of trust, collaboration and support to every client experience.
