We could not have been happier in our experience with Michael. We used Michael to purchase our home 4 years ago that he recently just listed for us, netting us $20k over list price with multiple offers on the first day. He also helped us in the purchase of our new home that we are very excited about. Michael gave us some insight to strengthen our deal as we knew we would be in a multiple offer situation in purchasing this home. We took his advice and added a couple things that strengthened our offer. We were able to come to terms with the seller and closed last week. The entire process of buying a new home and selling our current home could not have gone smoother.
