A self-described “almost native,” Emily Chaney has spent over two decades in the Denver real estate industry, specializing in finding unique homes for unique people. Having grown up in Arvada, Emily prides herself on providing informed, honest advice to her clients as they navigate the homebuying and selling process. Emily’s approach is focused on listening to her clients’ needs and supporting them every step of the way through what can be an emotional and challenging process.
Emily’s passion for real estate was sparked when she purchased her first home at the age of 21 and saw firsthand how it could provide financial security and stability for the future. Now, she wants to help others achieve the same benefits. Prior to working in real estate, Emily spent many years working as a project manager during Seattle’s dotcom boom, where she developed valuable skills in managing projects and solving problems. She also volunteered extensively at an all-ages music venue, demonstrating her commitment to supporting local arts and culture.
She brings a passion for people to her work as a broker, helping clients find their dream homes and supporting them as they create lasting memories. Emily’s clients appreciate her no-nonsense approach, honesty and dedication to finding the right home for them, rather than simply making a sale.
