Kate Sommers

/ / thoughtful. creative. intuitive.

Kate Sommers brings a rare blend of creativity, intuition, and strategic insight to her role as a broker at milehimodern. With a background in brand strategy and a passion for architecture and design, Kate approaches real estate with both heart and precision — blending data with instinct to guide clients through a highly personal journey. She is known for her grounded, client-centered approach, asking thoughtful questions, listening deeply, and translating insight into action. For Kate, the process of buying or selling a home is more than a transaction—it’s an opportunity to connect, create, and elevate everyday living.

Before stepping into real estate, Kate shaped narratives and strategies for some of the most forward-thinking brands. She co-founded Project Charlotte, a Proptech startup focused on intuitive, AI-powered home search tools, and previously served as Creative Director at Ripple Foods and Senior Lead of Purpose-Led Strategy at Danone. Across each chapter of her career, Kate has been driven by a singular passion: understanding what truly resonates with people and helping them find spaces that support who they are and how they live.

Kate’s love for design, history, and connection is rooted in a lifelong fascination with homes — from growing up among historic Midwestern architecture to updating her mid-century modest Ranch in Applewood Villages. She now channels that passion into helping clients discover spaces that feel deeply aligned with their stories. Whether she’s uncovering a hidden gem in a Denver neighborhood or helping sellers craft a compelling presentation, Kate brings warmth, creativity, and an eye for detail to every step of the journey.
