I would highly recommend Kim Tighe to buy or sell your home. I used her to sell my mothers home in Denver. I live in Chicago, so it was difficult to coordinate. Kim went far and above the job of realtor, and was there to meet contractors, movers, and cleaners at all hours. Additionally, she sold the home in one day at full price!

Kim Tighe is amazing! She helped me sell my rental property in Washington Park and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to work with her! I wanted someone who had experience selling older homes. I spoke with several agents before making a decision. Of all of them, Kim made me feel most confident that I would get the best price in the shortest amount of time. When you work with her, she handles every detail. For example, she arranged for house staging before the showings, and it looked amazing—I wish it looked like that when I lived there! I live out-of-state, so she handled all of the on-the-ground work for me, including meeting with my insurance adjuster when It was determined that I needed to replace my roof. She stayed in constant contact with me and was always available to explain the details in a way that was simple to understand. I was hesitant to sell my house when I did because of the time of year we listed it—right before Thanksgiving. Kim assured me that she would give my house a quick makeover so all of its amazing qualities shined. The house was under contract within a day of going on the market. We closed in three weeks! There is so much that goes into the sale of a house, and Kim makes it simple, straight forward, and follows thru on every detail.
