We recently worked with Anna and Brady on the purchase of our vacation home in Breckenridge. We are out of state buyers. I originally found Anna as I was looking for a real estate agent experienced in short term rental regulations in the area. We already had a property we found when we reached out, but it quickly went under contract. Anna responded swiftly by sharing another property that had gone on the market that day, and a second that was still off market. One of the two really caught our eye. They showed both properties to my husband who flew out to see them in person. He knew the one we both liked was exactly right for us.
