Larry’s background combines hands-on construction knowledge with an extensive history of community leadership. Before launching his real estate career, he managed a lumberyard and worked in construction, giving him a valuable understanding of building practices and the unique requirements of high-altitude properties. He has held a Colorado Employing Broker license since 1990 and has worked with several respected firms in the Breckenridge market. His commitment to the community is equally notable — Larry served for six years as Mayor of the Town of Blue River, spent 26 years on the town board, and volunteered for more than 16 years as a firefighter with the Red, White and Blue Fire Department, where he earned honors including Firefighter of the Year and Lifetime Honorary Member.
