Kathryn Pancost

For Kathryn Pancost, real estate is less a career she chose than a natural extension of the life she has always known. A sixth-generation Boulder native, Kathryn’s family settled in Boulder in the 1800s and has spent generations working the land and putting down roots across the region. Today, she brings that deeply personal connection to Boulder County and the broader Front Range to every client she represents.

Kathryn earned her real estate license in 2021 while completing her marketing degree at Colorado State University, stepping into brokerage the same week she graduated. Growing up around her family’s high-end construction business gave her a practical understanding of how homes come together, while a lifetime around horses and cattle developed a particular knowledge of acreage, agricultural land, fencing, water, pasture and outbuildings. She holds a Colorado Class A General Contractor License and serves on the Boulder County Farm Service Agency County Committee, further deepening her understanding of the land and communities she represents.

At the heart of Kathryn’s approach is a simple idea: real estate should feel personal. She takes the time to understand how each client wants to communicate and believes the process should feel informed and comfortable rather than stressful. Her warm, positive nature and practical knowledge allow her to guide clients with confidence while remaining genuinely attentive to what matters most to them. Kathryn’s clients often become friends, and she hopes to be remembered as someone genuine and trustworthy who knew the area, cared about the people she represented and always had their best interests at heart.
