Armed with two master’s degrees from the University of Denver — a JD and MBA — Keiven worked in energy as an in-house lawyer before gaining experience in custom home building and development. He is well-versed in land acquisition, project financing, zoning, permitting, design, architecture, construction management and more. An active investor with multiple new construction builds in place throughout Denver, Keiven aims to exceed expectations as he provides unparalleled service to his clients.
