Closing over a billion in sales volume during the course of her career, Kim Thompson has rightfully earned her place in the top echelon of Boulder County’s agents in the past two decades. Armed with 20+ years of experience, she attributes her success to hard work, education, paying attention to details, client relations and being proactive.
As a Colorado native, Kim left Colorado to pursue basketball at Rice University where she then coached for one year. Colorado called her home by offering her a coaching job at CU Boulder under Hall of Fame Coach, Ceal Barry. Kim earned her MBA while coaching at CU Boulder and shortly after began her real estate career due to her love of architecture and design. With 45 years of Colorado residency, Kim possesses in-depth knowledge of Boulder County and the surrounding areas. She often relocates employees for Google and Medtronic.
Kim works in close partnership with her teammate, Meagan (Malcolm-Peck) Villa. With Meagan’s extensive background in sales and her history playing D1 basketball at CU Boulder, they combine their strengths to deliver a seamless, high-energy experience for every client they serve.
